• Read this info before making any purchase!
• The VIP Upgrade does not include admission to the show. You must buy the show ticket separately from the venue or ticket distributor.
• VIP Upgrade Information will be sent to you 24 hours before the event. Sometimes our messages may end up in your spam folder, so please check there. If you do not receive any email, contact us.
• Please ensure you provide the correct NAME and EMAIL when making your purchase - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! 1 in 10 people miss this!!
• You need to purchase 1 VIP Ticket per person. If there are 2 of you, you need to buy 2 VIP Tickets.
• Each participant is responsible for bringing their own camera and using it to take their photo. Hardcore Superstar and their team will not provide this equipment.
• The VIP Upgrade will likely take place between 45-120 minutes before the event doors open. Please make sure you are available during this time.
• All VIP items will be provided on the day of the event, the items will NOT be shipped to out to you.

Will I receive a VIP ticket?
No, you will not receive a physical VIP ticket. The name used to purchase the VIP upgrade will be the name used for entry to the VIP event.

I bought a VIP upgrade for 3 people. Do their names need to be listed?
No, if you purchased 3 VIP upgrades under your name, all three individuals will be able to enter under your name.

I bought VIP tickets for my friends, but I’m not attending. What should I do?
Your friends will just need to provide your name at the VIP entrance to gain entry.

I haven’t received any email with information. PANIC! What should I do?

When will the VIP event take place?
The VIP event will likely take place between 45 and 120 minutes before the show doors open. Please ensure you are available during that time. More detailed information will be sent 24 hours before the event.
